Winfield Hall consists of two ballrooms separated by a
lobby entrance. The lobby greets our guests with a raised ceiling, a chandelier, and soft lighting
along the sides of the room. The lobby area also serves to direct guests to each
ballroom for their event. The capacity of our main ballroom is 230 guests for a
seated meal and up to 375 for a reception style event. The smaller ballroom can seat up to 80 guests
for food service and up to 125 for reception style. The main
ballroom can be used for elegant weddings, awards banquets, corporate meetings
or even exhibit space. The smaller room is perfect for a
rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, training classes, bridal lunches or any event that wants to be a little more cozy.

We provide all tables, chairs, set up, and clean up with each rental. We
can set a variety of room arrangements including 72" round tables,
conference style, theater style and classroom style. Each arrangement style will
provide a different seating capacity.

of audio visual equipment to enhance your meeting or seminar.
